Ryogoku Park

General Just a 10-minute walk from Ryogoku Station tucked away into an alleyway is Ryogoku Park. This is an awesome park, with two things going for it; the moon shaped hill slide and a pirate ship. The only downside is there are sometimes homeless people in the far corners who frequent the bathroom.

Whats Special What makes this park so special is the pirate-themed play area. Equipped with an awesome pirate ship jungle gym that really brings it all. The pirate ship has two levels. The first level is a big sandbox, part outside, part inside. The second level has its very own steering wheel, slide, fireman pole and net-ladder to climb up.

Juno's Favorite Of course Juno favorite was the pirate ship. Recently she has been challenging the hill slide, but admittedly it is steep. This hill slide is special because it's not straight. It is shaped like a crescent moon, where everyone slides towards the center where there is a circular sandpit. The outside of the wall has rocks on it for climbing up.
